I’ve been using this for my horse for months. I know the science isn’t super clear if it helps, but my vet was out recently and didn’t hear any sand—so that’s worth it to me to keep using!
This is usually stored in our barn near the snacks and cookies. Anytime a horse goes into the barn, they try their hardest to open and eat the psyllium. I usually am there to correct them. They can’t help themselves. Today my Arabian pulled down the bucket, opened the lid and ate a lot of the psyllium. She could not help herself. I consider it an expensive meal for her but I am more worried about it could do to her gut. Help
Horses love it, no one colics and it gives me peace of mind knowing its moving things along in their systems.
