I ordered this fly sheet, because my mare has itched her mane and tail horribly due to the bugs. This sheet has been awesome to keep the bugs off and to prevent her from rubbing the hair out. So far she’s had it on daily for a week or so and it’s handled her rubbing on trees and everything else without tearing! It doesn’t seem to get too hot so I think it has enough ventilation. The tail flap is huge which is great for preventing tail rubbing, but it traps **** and has to be hosed down regularly.
